This is a reissue of the 1/100 scale Metal Gear Rex plastic model kit from Kotobukiya's "Metal Gear Solid." This popular model, re-released to commemorate the series' 35th anniversary, is a precisely crafted plastic model of the nuclear-armed bipedal tank, METAL GEAR REX.

It was produced on a large scale, approximately 220mm tall, and is made of PS, PE, and ABS materials to achieve a sturdy yet detailed figure. The sculpting was done by Katsuhiko Hori and Yasutomo Shimizu.

A total of 4 figures are included.

From the legendary stealth-action series METAL GEAR SOLID comes the 1/100 scale plastic model kit of the nuclear-armed bipedal tank, METAL GEAR REX. This re-run edition celebrates the iconic design that has defined the franchise for decades.

Standing approximately 220mm tall, the model is crafted from PS, PE, and ABS materials, delivering impressive mechanical detail and articulation. Sculpted by Katsuhiko Hori and Yasutomo Shimizu, the kit faithfully recreates the massive presence of REX.

The set includes four unpainted figures: Solid Snake, Liquid Snake, and two versions of Cyborg Ninja — one in a standard standing pose and another recreating the memorable scene where he is crushed underfoot by REX.

A special base inspired by the series hangar is included for dynamic display. Please note that camouflage pattern decals are not included. Limited availability re-run edition.
